DiNardi and Swiderski Score NECC Awards

FIELD HOCKEY

CO-PLAYER OF THE WEEK -- Becker College sophomore forward Kristal Swiderski (Warren, Mass.)tallied six points for the Hawks going 2-1 on the week. Swiderski grabbed a hat-trick against conference opponent Daniel Webster in a 4-1 win. She netted the game winner against the Eagles. Becker went on to defeat Anna Maria 1-0 and fell to Clark 3-0 for the week.

GOLF

GOLFER OF THE WEEK - Becker College senior John DiNardi (East Haddam, Conn..) finished first amongst NECC opponents at the Newbury Invite at Brookline Golf Club at Putterham. He shot two over (74) in the one-round 18-hole par 72 course helping his team win with a 344 team score.
