CHICOPEE, Mass. --- The Becker College men's basketball team won 84-56 at Elms College in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) on Thursday night at the Maguire Center in Chicopee, Massachusetts.

FOR THE HAWKS
• Senior guard Kareem Davis (Lowell, Mass. / St. John's) exploded for 32 points, five steals, four rebounds and two assists. Davis shot 50 percent from the floor, 40 percent from behind the arc and was a perfect 10-of-10 from the foul line.
• Senior forward Dewayne Thomas (Lowell, Mass. / Lowell) posted a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.
• Junior forward Antonio White Jr. (Middletown, Conn. / Middletown) finished with 16 points while pulling down three boards.
• Sophomore forward Mateus Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil / Colegio Pedroso e Oliveira) dished out a career-high six assists with eight points and four steals.
• Sophomore Jamir Carr (Philadelphia, Penn. / Universal Audenried) tallied eight points, seven rebounds and three assists.
• Freshman guard Jordan Rose-Wheatley (New Bedford, Mass. / Bridgton Academy) came off the bench to tally three blocks.
• The 84 points scored were a season-high for the Hawks.
• Becker also made it to the free throw line for a season-high 26 attempts, converting on 92.3 percent.

FOR THE BLAZERS
• Justin Feliciano (Springfield, Mass.) led the Blazers (3-12, 2-5 NECC) with 13 points and four assists. David Lopez Jr. (Willimantic, Conn.) added 11 points and seven rebounds for Elms, and Nikolas Brown (Wellington, Fla.) chipped in with nine points and five boards for Elms.
• The Blazers shot 37.1 percent (23-of-62) from the field for the game and struggled from long-range all night, connecting on just 2-of-17 3-point attempts (11.9 percent).

TURNING POINT
• Leading 35-28 at halftime, Becker used a 16-3 run early in the second half to take command, going up 55-35 on two free throws from White with 12:03 to go. Elms never threatened after that.

UP NEXT
The Hawks will be back on the court on Saturday when they play host to Newbury College with tip-off scheduled for 1:00 p.m. The Blazers host Eastern Nazarene College in their next contest, that also coming on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
