David Bostick '05 has been the head coach of the Becker College women's basketball program since May 2014.

In 2018-2019, Becker reached the NECC Championship Finals, going 15-3 in conference play, the best in school history. Adrianna Dowdy, Ciara McKissick and Cassidy Harrison well all voted to the NECC All-Conference team. Dowdy graduated as the first player in school history to reach 1000 career points and rebounds while Harrison also made the 1000 career points list. 

In the 2017-2018 year, just his fourth season leading the program, Bostick coached the Hawks to their first NECC Conference Championship in school history, giving Becker their second NCAA Tournament appearance.  

Bostick returned to his alma mater after a one-year stint as the head women's basketball coach at Fitchburg State University.  Bostick directed the Falcons to 13-12 record, earning a MASCAC Tournament appearance.

Prior to Fitchburg State, Bostick was the head women's tennis coach for five seasons and assistant women's basketball coach for four seasons at Becker College. As the tennis coach, Bostick led the Hawks to three consecutive NECC Championships. Bostick also earned the NECC Coach of the Year Award three times.

A four-year member of the men's basketball team at Becker, Bostick scored 1,086 points. Bostick holds two bachelor degrees from Becker, including a B.A. in psychology and a B.S. in business administration.
