Women's Lacrosse Soars Past Saint Joe's

Leicester, Mass.- Becker scored 17 first half goals in route to a 26-5 win over St. Joseph College (CT) in women's lacrosse action.

The Hawks played with a 2 player advantage for the entire game. Tammy Mullen (Pottstown, PA) continued her outstanding sophomore campaign with 9 goals and 6 assists. Tammy leads the Hawks with 76 goals. Nicole Lijana (Moorestown, NJ) added 6 goals and 3 assists, 5 of those goals came in the first half. Morgan Hazen (Woodstock, VT) did her part by scoring 5 goals on the afternoon.  Danielle Duffy (Cranston, RI) and Jenna Rivais (Stratham, NH) scored their first goals of the season in the win.

The Hawks improved to 6-5 overall. The women will try to move into 4th place in the NEWLA on Saturday when they travel to Worcester State for a tilt with the Lancers at noon
