FRANKLIN, Mass. --- The Becker College men's basketball team lost 94-86 at Dean College on Wednesday evening in New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) action at the Pieri Gymnasium in Franklin, Massachusetts.

• Senior guard Kareem Davis (Lowell, Mass. / St. John's) led Becker with 22 points, five assists and four rebounds.
• Sophomore forward Mateus Ribeiro (Sao Paulo, Brazil / Colegio Pedroso e Oliveira) stepped up with a career-high 18 points with five assists and three rebounds.
• Junior forward Antonio White Jr. (Middletown, Conn. / Middletown) came up strong, scoring 14 points and pulling down seven boards.
• Sophomore Jamir Carr (Philadelphia, Penn. / Universal Audenried) filled the stat-line with eight points, a team-best eight rebounds, five assists and three blocks.
• Freshman guard Mekhi Chester (East Orange, N.J. / East Orange Campus) came off the bench to score 13 points with five boards.
• Becker shot 43.5 percent from behind the arc.

• Junior guard D'caran Anderson (Compton, Calif. / Warren) led Dean with 27 points and five rebounds.
• Junior guard Jordan Booker (Waterbury, Conn. / Crosby) scored 19 points, dished out 10 assists and pulled down six rebounds.
• Senior forward Armani Baker (Pawtucket, R.I. / Shea) also posted a double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
• Dean went 23-of-27 from the free throw line compared to 8-of-16 for Becker.

The Hawks will be back on the court on Saturday when they play host to New England College in a 1:00 p.m. game. The Bulldogs will go on the road in their next contest, playing at Elms College on Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
