Dan Chapman has worked at Becker since 2012 and works fulltime as an Associate Director in the Center for Career Education and Advising, and as an assistant coach and goalkeeper's coach for the Becker College men's lacrosse program.
Coach Chapman holds a B.S. in Anthropology (97’) and an M.S. is College Student Development and Counseling (01’), both from Northeastern University. At Becker, Coach Chapman works fulltime in Academic Affairs as the Sophomore Year Experience Coordinator as well as teaching a Freshman Year Experience course.
Coach Chapman began his playing career at Needham High School (Needham, Mass.), playing goalie, before graduating in 1992. He went on to play goalie for Northeastern University (Boston, Mass.) as part of their MCLA (Division 1) program. Coach Chapman was a volunteer defensive coach at Northeastern University in 1998. Coach Chapman continues to be involved in lacrosse as a player in Indoor and summer leagues. He lives in Ashland, Massachusetts with his wife Carolyn, and his two daughters, Emma and Wiley.
